From Chaos to Calling

My healing wasn’t linear—it was earned. And now, it’s offered.

I come from a childhood most people wouldn’t believe. The kind that hardens you early and teaches you not to trust softness. By the time I was a teenager, I was already a mother—working constantly, renting rooms, and somehow, against the odds, earning a full-ride academic scholarship to UCLA.

From the outside, it looked like I made it. But internally, the pressure never stopped. Years later, after I’d finally found some stability, the weight of everything I had carried crashed down on me. I developed severe agoraphobia—so intense it almost took my life. I resisted help. I didn’t want pills. I didn’t want to be a “case.” I didn’t trust systems that had let me down before.

But healing doesn’t always come quietly. I reached a point where I chose to check myself into a mental health facility. It was the most humbling—and liberating—decision I’ve ever made.

In that place, I experienced a kind of awakening. Western medicine kept me safe. But it was the ancient practices—the energy work, the breath, the stillness—that began to bring me home. I realized I didn’t just want to survive anymore. I wanted to heal. And I wanted to help others do the same.

That was the beginning of The Mystic Frequency—a space built from truth, resilience, and real healing. As a Reiki Master and intuitive guide, I don’t offer quick fixes or spiritual fluff. I offer what I’ve lived: deep energetic work, nervous system safety, and sacred space for transformation.

If you’re in the dark, I’ve been there. If you’re resisting the help you know you need, I see you. This work isn’t always easy. But it is sacred. And you’re not meant to do it alone.
